Booking Space
Community users may rent a variety of spaces with the Surrey School District. Some of the spaces include; elementary gyms, theatres, select elementary fields, parking lots, meeting rooms, classrooms, libraries, multipurpose rooms, some secondary large and small gyms, and cafeteria seating areas.
Secondary gyms are heavily used for school programs and not typically available for weekday bookings. Cafeteria kitchens are not made available for community use.
If you are interested in submitting a rental request, please create an account through our online booking portal - - and submit your application for space a minimum of 15 business days prior to your requested start date.
